Thalia Macias, now 16, was abducted on December 16, 2019, in Houston, TX, by child trafficker Norma Lopez, her husband Fabian “Joker” Moya and members of the “Money Gang” offshoot of the Crips, who boast of ties to local law enforcement. Thalia Macias is missing and endangered.
